Button Making

There are three components to each button found in the middle of a rosette.

1. The metal button prong back that goes in the lower die;

2. The metal button shell that goes in the upper die;

3. The imprinted fabric is placed upon the upper die shell.

The machine presses down and picks up the upper die shell with the imprinted fabric. The machine then rotates to the lower die with the metal prong back. The upper die then presses down on the lower die to compress and crimp the edges together.

This completes the manufacturing of the custom button.
